Happy Apathy: Reflections in a Time of Quarantine. I created the 3 pieces in this series as a way to tackle my own urge to curl up in a ball during the pandemic. Having some fun with expressions of laziness, the dotted pattern, a digital pointillism, represents the "Phosphenes" one sees when eyes are closed tight. Opening my own eyes and getting back to work proves to me that the power of art to heal is an absolute.
