Weightless

Created from photographs taken in a Palm Springs pool, the Weightless series reimagines moments of quiet flotation through digital composition. Light, water, and translucent color merge to create images that blur the line between photography and imagination, inviting viewers into a space of stillness and suspension.

The compositions are built around negative space. If they're too small, the swimmer becomes tiny and the emotional impact gets lost. At 30 × 50, my preferred size, viewers can appreciate both the figure and the vast field of water.

It also reinforces the cinematic feel, intended to read as immersive environments.
