Rather than advertising, can you imagine routes and skylines filled with billboards stating affirmations, thought-provoking humor, and mood enhancing messages?  

What if the billboard is the art? Fundamentally commercial yet completely communicative, cities through the US have mounted billboard projects, turning to artists to transform billboards into public art sites. My objective is to utilize the billboard as the art, and in turn use it as the device in which to communicate.
